Glaura Inc. ("we") respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with Canada's PIPEDA. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Information you provide — name, email, shipping address, phone — when you place an order, subscribe, or contact us; and basic, privacy-friendly analytics about how the site is used.

How we use it

To process and ship orders, send order and (if you opt in) marketing emails, respond to inquiries, prevent fraud, and improve our products and service.

Service providers

We share only what's necessary with trusted processors: Stripe (payments — we never see or store full card numbers), Supabase (order/database), Resend (order emails), Klaviyo (marketing email, if you subscribe), and Vercel (hosting & analytics). We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use small cookies to remember your language, currency, cart, and admin session, plus privacy-friendly analytics. No third-party advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing anytime, and request access to or deletion of your data by emailing hello@glaura.ca.
